Our name is part of our identity as designers and producers of outstanding swimwear. It highlights our love for bright colors, endless summers and the Mediterranean sea. It represents the starting point of a journey full of creativity and craftsmanship that leads us to our high quality swimwear, made responsibly in Barcelona.
With our swimwear we want to make you shine, make your summer memorable and full of experiences. To do that, we selected fabrics, crystals and other materials we fell in love at first sight. That’s why we think you’ll love them too!

HOW CAN I GET THE RIGHT SIZE?
Each product page has a size chart, so the easiest way is to measure yourself and compare your measurements to the chart. However if you need extra help with sizes we’ll be very happy to help you, you can write us at info@radianceswimwear.com.
In case you order the wrong size, you have 30 days to return your products, and the returns are free of charge
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Sure, but hurry up. Just get in touch with us at info@radianceswimwear.com as soon as possible with the stated issue and the order number.
If your order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. In that case we will send you a return label so that you can return your products as soon as you get them.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We accept credit cards and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We also accept PayPal.
IS IT SAFE TO BUY SWIMWEAR FROM THIS WEBSITE?
Your privacy is a big concern for us. We do not share any private information with any third party and transactions are secured using SSL with 256-bit encryption.
In addition, we never store credit/debit card details, but if you still don’t want to use your credit card on our site, you can always use PayPal.
DO I HAVE TO BUY THE SET?
We think about our swimwear as one piece, that’s why we only sell them together.

SHIPPING COSTS
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-2 business days and shipped from Barcelona. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

Original order shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.

Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
RETURNS
We offer free shipping on all online purchases to mainland Spain, but returns incur a cost of €3.99 per request. For purchases made from the Balearic Islands, the European Union, or the rest of the world, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and returns costs are free.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all the tags attached and the hygienic protection from the bottom without signs of detachment. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns must be made from the same city/region in which the purchase was made.
RETURN PROCEDURE

Contact with us via email at returns@radianceswimwear.com, including your name, order number and the reason why you want to return the articles, and we will send you an email with a return label within 1 business day.

Pack the products in the original packaging with all the tags attached and the hygienic protection from the bottom without signs of detachment. Make sure that the whole bikini set is in the package.

Print the return label and stick it on the package.

Bring the package to the carrier office. We use different carriers, so please make sure to return it at the one specified on the return email that we sent you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you about your refund. We will refund the purchase price to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days, but usually a lot quicker.
There might be some processing time before a refund is posted.
We do not accept returns for personalised items.
PRODUCT CARE
We recommend hand washing your swimwear in cold water with gentle detergent. This will ensure the durability of the colors and the crystals. Do not put your swimwear in the dryer.
We do not recommend wearing the swimwear in high chlorinated water or exposing it to something that might result in a stain. We do not treat our swimwear with any chemicals to make them resistant to stains or discoloring.

We offer virtual gift cards for the value you wish, starting at 10€. Our gift cards are delivered by email and can only be used on radianceswimwear.com
