Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to cancel your purchase, without the need for justification and without penalty, as established by Directive (EU) 2011/83 and the applicable consumer protection regulations in your country.

How to exercise it

You can manage your return quickly by filling out the digital form found below. Once submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can complete the official Model Withdrawal Form located at the bottom of this page and send it to us by post or email.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to:

  • Personalized goods (Point c): Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Hygiene and health reasons (Point e): Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Important note for swimwear: For hygiene reasons, bikinis and swimsuits must be returned with the hygienic protection sticker intact, as well as their labels and original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for garments that show signs of use, washing, or from which the plastic protection has been removed.

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
