4. WHO ON OUR TEAM HAS ACCESS

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

• Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
• Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

5. WHAT WE SHARE WITH OTHERS

We forward personal data to our business partners and service providers for the implementation of the business purpose. This could include, but may not be limited to, analytics, marketing, payment gateways, shipping providers, and third party embeds.

5.2 Analytics and other service providers

We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on the location this Application is accessed from (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

5.2.2 Google Tag Manager

This type of service helps Radiance to manage the tags or scripts needed on this Site in a centralized fashion. This results in the Users’ Data flowing through these services, potentially resulting in the retention of this Data. Google Tag Manager is a tag management service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on the location this Application is accessed from.
Personal Data collected by Google Tag Manager can be Cookies and Usage Data.

5.2.3 MailChimp

MailChimp makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts and communicate with the User after the opt-in. These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.

Mailchimp is an email address management and message sending service provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC.
Personal Data that we may collect and share include cookies; country; date of birth; email address; first name; gender; last name; Usage Data or username.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete any personal information we hold about you.
